CoreCivic will manage the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Employing several hundred individuals, this center's mission is to provide an open, safe environment with residential housing as well as educational opportunities for women and children who are awaiting their due process before immigration courts.
The Resident Supervisor performs routine duties to maintain open communications and order and to provide for the care, direct supervision, and safety of residents in housing areas, at meals, during recreation and during all other phases of activity in the residential center. This position reports to a Senior Resident Supervisor or above.
High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent. Must complete pre-service training and demonstrate ability to complete any required training. One year of work experience in the child welfare field working with children or adolescents in a social service setting is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
Must be available to work any hours, any shift.Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age. CoreCivic is a Drug Free Workplace & EOE.
