Learning & Development Coordinator
The Learning and Development Coordinator assists in the supervision and direction of all students, instructors, and learning activities required for compliance with applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and standards. Supervises and/or conducts learning and development sessions. Assists in the identification of individual and facility development needs.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree is required. One year of experience in a criminal justice field is required. Experience in training, classroom instruction, or curriculum development preferred. Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience in Microsoft Office applications or other similar software applications is required. Knowledge of learning management platforms is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
