We are looking for a Benefits Analyst at our Nashville office to provide support to the Benefits Management Team by assisting with the administration and operation of the overall benefits programs and developing and maintaining benefits-related technology processes and applications. The analyst also manages benefits reporting utilizing multiple data resources, enhances and improves auditing and controls related to benefits data and information and interacts with multiple internal FSC departments and external vendors to coordinate and interpret benefits data, with an emphasis on data accuracy and the financial and technological impact.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or other acceptable related field is required. Two years of Benefits or Human Resources experience in a similar position is required. Additional years of related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to two years. Requires substantial experience with report writing and data analysis with an HRIS, and advanced skills in spreadsheet software. Progress toward PHR or CEBS certification is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required. Knowledge of JD Edwards is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
