We are looking for a Coordinator, Inmate Trust for our Nashville office

responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of financial transactions posted to inmate accounts on behalf of company facilities.  Maintains financial transactions in the Offender Management System (OMS) and complies with CoreCivic policies and procedures and meets contractual obligations for various contracting agencies.  Performs daily reconciliation of inmate subsidiary accounts to the checkbook for all applicable company facilities. Responsible for all check disbursements issued from inmates' accounts, as well as reconciling all cash disbursements.  Customer service driven position that requires regular communication directly with banks, external and internal customers within the facilities and other FSC departments.

High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required.  Three years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience is required. Additional qualifying education at an accredited college or business school with courses in Accounting may be substituted for the required experience on a year–for–year basis.  Strong communication and customer service skills.  A credit report and background check are required for obtaining Bureau of Prisons (BOP) federal clearance.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.  A valid driver’s license is required.
