We are looking to fill a Coordinator, CoreCivic University role at our Nashville office to coordinate duties for the implementation of the corporate university of CoreCivic (CCU). The Coordinator is responsible for the logistical implementation and coordination of all CCU classes and programs, assists in the design, development, and implementation of new CCU programs and provides administrative support including, but not limited to, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and other administrative duties. The Coordinator also provides administrative support for CoreCivic University activities including, but not limited to, evaluations, assessments/tests, scorecards, e-learning, etc. and provides coordination support for non-CCU training initiatives as needed.


Graduate from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in an acceptable business-related field is required. One year of Human Resources or similar administrative support experience is required. Additional education/work experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis. One year of experience with Learning Management System or similar databases is preferred. Must possess strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. A valid driver’s license is required.
