Job Description

The Manager, Business/HR, Community Corrections provides oversight and guidance in the implementation and administration of Business Office and Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.  Provides support and direction in areas such as finance and accounting, compensation, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and employee relations. Supports management and staff in meeting facility goals and objectives. 


Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field is required. Two years of related experience is required. Additional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, an HRIS system, payroll software, and other computer applications is preferred. Must have strong customer service, time management, organizational, communication and presentation skills. A valid driver’s license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age. CoreCivic is a Drug Free Workplace & EOE.
