Policy Procedure Specialist
The Policy and Procedure Specialist, researches, writes and disseminates complete, accurate, and executable company and facility policies. Oversees the dissemination and implementation of new or revised policies to the company, and maintains historical records/archives of policy documents through the electronic Policy Management Platform (PMP).
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Criminal Justice or a related field is required. Two years of related work experience is required. Additional years of qualifying, correctional industry or business communications experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience with, policy authoring and contract compliance are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with SharePoint preferred.
