The Records Supervisor supervises the maintenance, updating and disposition of all inmate/resident records and files. Routinely contacts internal staff, local jurisdictions and courts regarding inmate/resident record information.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in an appropriate related field and one year experience in business administration or correctional records management or social casework which involved classification and assignment or supervision of offenders. Qualifying work experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A valid driver's license is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for Windows, and other computer applications preferred. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 20 years of age. CoreCivic is a Drug Free Workplace & EOE.
