What is CLEAR?
CLEAR, known as CoreCivic Leadership Experiences and Rotations, is a rotational leadership program aimed to provide you with in-depth experiences, on-going mentorships and targeted training across a wide range of business areas within the company.
Working closely with leaders and mentors, participants gain experience in all positions in operations, slowly progressing to supervisory responsibility. Rotations include different areas within the company, including Security, Unit Management, Community, Quality Assurance, Business Office, Human Resources, Food Service, Health Services and the Facility Support Center.
The CLEAR Program is anticipated to begin Q4 2023 and each rotation will last two to four-months at different locations working with top professionals. The program will continue for the next 18 to 24 months at varying, but specific facility locations across the United States. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be strategically placed in a full-time Administrative Duty Officer (ADO) position such as Chief of Unit Management or Assistant Warden within the company.
There is one main goal for CLEAR: to recruit and develop the future leaders of CoreCivic. Are you in?
