Providing Transformational Care

Deliver proven and innovative solutions in a setting that helps people obtain employment and successfully reintegrate into society, while keeping communities safe.

Community Corrections

As a security monitor at one of our residential reentry centers, you will connect residents with outside resources to assist with permanent housing, obtaining proper identification and other critical needs that can present barriers to their reentry. With your help, residents can take the next steps to rebuilding a life they can be proud of, one anchored by stability and hope.

You engage with residents who are either preparing to return to their communities in a transitional environment following incarceration or have been assigned to a residential reentry center in lieu of incarceration. Through program delivery, including residential and non-residential environments, you are joining a team that helps people change their lives.

Our centers provide a degree of freedom to work and participate in other approved activities, while still providing the support needed to get back on track. When residents are not at work or out searching for employment, they may participate in a range of programs offered by trained professionals such as job readiness, substance use disorder counseling and life skills programs.

Our re-entry program is built around Three Pillars of Success: meeting individual's basic needs, offering opportunity, and providing a supportive environment that fosters accountability.
