The Facility Support Center team collaborates to support field operations teams, who work tirelessly every day to fulfill our mission to Better the public goodTM.

Situated in Brentwood, Tennessee, our contemporary, open-plan office was created to foster a culture of teamwork and professional advancement. Our corporate functions include operations, finance, partnership development, information technology, communications, human resources, and other key areas. A significant number of our corporate staff have dedicated over two decades to CoreCivic, cultivating fulfilling careers across a variety of functional teams.

Communications

Work with our communications team and help manage all internal and external communications including corporate communications and public affairs.

Finance

Work with our finance team and handle payroll, income and expenses, as well as economic analysis to improve key business strategies.
Human Resources

Work with our human resources team and help  recruit and train team members, administer employee-benefit programs, provide learning opportunties and technology support.
Legal

Work with our legal team and ensure our actions are legal and compliant.

Operations 

Work with our operations team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities across the country.

Partnership Development

Work with our partnership development team and work with our government partners to overcome their biggest challenges such as overcrowded facilities and skyrocketing taxpayer costs with a wide range of solutions such as traditional corrections and reentry programming.

Purchasing

 Work with our purchasing team and help acquire goods and services for our facilities and offices. 

Real Estate

Work with our real estate team and help with the design, building and maintenance of government real estate projects and facilities.

Work with our technology team and help oversee the installation and maintenance of our computer network systems within our facilities and offices.
