Meet our President and CEOOur President and CEO, Damon T. Hininger began his career in 1992 when he joined CoreCivic as a Correctional Officer in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Over the following three decades, Damon's responsibilities steadily expanded, giving him exposure to virtually all aspects of the field. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009.
